A lot of safety issues and potential dangers in this scene. A wet floor, fortunately a conscientious person erected a caution sign; but still wet floors are slippery, a garbage can on its side for someone to trip over and someone fell on the stairs, have to watch ones step and use handrails provided. Even nicely placed benches to sit on at each side of the stairwell should someone need to take a rest. Yet with all this accidents still happen. Tsk, tsk!!
